We have worked on numerous large-scale electric utility projects, including substations, transmission lines, distribution lines, distributed generation, and power generation. K&A’s construction managers, supervisors and commissioning engineers provide support throughout the entire life cycle, through initiation, planning, definition, execution, and closeout.

Testing and Commissioning

Our testing and commissioning service offers a full-service inspection and testing, analysis, and acceptance and maintenance of electrical power systems. This includes protective relays, low-, medium-, and high-voltage transmission and distribution, substation, and generation components. This program will also establish a baseline record or trending data to be utilized as an ongoing maintenance program to enhance the system reliability through future preventive maintenance for our customers.
